Delivery
The delivery method, estimated timing and charge are shown at checkout. Unless another time is agreed, delivery will occur without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order was concluded.
Returns, withdrawal and complaints
The Returns, withdrawal and refunds policy linked in the footer explains the voluntary 30-day return, statutory withdrawal, return costs, hygiene exception, refunds and complaints. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Store use and intellectual property
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. Store content, branding, text and images are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be reused without permission except where law allows it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Applicable law and disputes
Swedish law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of the country where the consumer habitually resides. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You may also use any competent consumer dispute-resolution body or court available under applicable law.
