Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Voluntary 30-day return

In addition to your statutory rights, you may return an eligible unopened product within 30 days after receiving it. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory withdrawal or complaint rights.

Statutory 14-day withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. Tell us clearly within those 14 days that you are withdrawing, then return the goods within 14 days after your notice.

Return condition and hygiene exception

You may inspect a product only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that. The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken. We apply this exception only where the legal conditions are met; it does not affect rights concerning a defective or incorrect item.

Return shipping

You pay the direct return-shipping cost for an ordinary non-defective return or withdrawal, provided we informed you of that cost responsibility before purchase. Pause Nordic pays the return-shipping cost when the supplied item is defective or incorrect. Contact us before returning a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

We refund eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Extra cost from choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or incorrect items

Your mandatory statutory complaint rights remain unaffected. Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue so that we can assess the appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.
